Chef Kenji MoriFounder & Chef, Tsuru

Trained for twelve years in Azabu-Juban under a single mentor, Chef Mori opened Tsuru around one principle: nothing unnecessary. His shari temperature changes with the fish. His knife — thirty years old — has never been sharpened by another hand.

Confirmation is not guaranteed until you receive our reply. A deposit may be requested to secure your seat.
